We GATHER because we are one body, drawn together by God to be a people of God who live for God. We proclaim God’s grace together. We walk as disciples through life together. We serve, love and encourage one another. We don’t come together to consume, rather, we gather because God has united us. We gather because we live life together in our local communities. We gather because our diversity strengthens us and provides us with bonds that cannot be broken. We are made to GATHER.

We all realize that we GROW through life, and most of the time it’s through the interaction we have with those around us. They shape how we think, act, and believe. You can do it by yourself, but the kind of growth that occurs in groups can have a profound impact on our lives and our faith. We need each other to GROW.

GOING out and serving others is essential to who we are as Christians. Jesus said that “whatever you do for the least of these, you do to me.” We look for opportunities to serve others and when we find them, we need to go! GOING requires us to get into situations we’re unsure about, make us feel uncomfortable, and can sometimes be difficult.
